Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a detailed description of what you want to return or exchange plus your order number and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Please do not send your package back without confirmation from Wee Vintage. Please include Confirmation Order Email or Packing slip in return package.
Tracking services and insurance suggested for all return packages. We also suggest saving shipping receipts for your records. Wee Vintage Baby is not responsible for lost/damaged return shipments.

If an item is sent back to us because a customer failed to pick up their package and pay fees, we are not responsible for shipping your item out again.
